I got an exterior cleaning of my car and it came out perfect! everything went well and Steven S. went out of his way to make sure my car looked perfect. Will be coming back and will be referring my friends.

I came by here the other day to get a full service wash, and I was taken care of Steven S I believe. He was a very well mannered and put together young boy, and he is a good reason that I will come back again. (Also did a great job on my car too)

I recently took my car here and asked for the full service. I’ve been to many car wash services in my life but none with service and satisfaction like this. I had the pleasure of meeting on of your fine employees Steven S. He made sure my car was taken care of to perfection and had the attitude of a fine young man.

I come to this location frequently but have only used them for an exterior wash. Today i decided to do an exterior and interior wash for my car since i will be traveling long distance for the holidays tomorrow and everyone knows that traveling is way less stressful with a clean car! I was VERY unhappy about the service that i received. While i paid for an exterior and interior wash, the outside of my car was still wet when it should’ve been hand dried, my seats were not wiped down, there was still dog hair in the seats and on the floor and the mats weren’t vacuumed or cleaned . I felt like i paid $23 to get my dashboard cleaned. I went and complained to the girl at the front (Nicole Viebrock). She showed AMAZING customer service and immediately took action! She personally re-cleaned my car for me and i was BEYOND PLEASED with the outcome of my car and mostly with Nicole! Not only was she beyond polite and sweet, but her quality of work was top notch and thorough! I will definitely be back to see Nicole! So If anyone decides to come to this autobell, please ask for Nicole! She’s so great!!!

Steven did a great job cleaning my car. I paid for a full service wash and it outdid all of my expectations and was the best car wash I have received from this location of autobell.

Confidence in Autobell restored! Great service today. Got the front & rear. Even got the nose at on the windows (labradors). I came back because I did not have time to go anywhere else but now I will come back because of Danny. He was exceptional. Give Danny a raise! Edit from previous post... Very disappointing service. I know everyone in charlotte is getting their car washed today but mine kept getting left & then moved. The guys spent more time moving it than cleaning it. Left with streaked windows & the front whole front was untouched. Dust laying right where it was before. Poorly done & took over 45 minutes. Not a happy customer today. Previous post Fast. Great service.

Felt compelled to write a review after the remarkable experience I had at Autobell today. While sitting and waiting for my car to be detailed I overheard a conversation between an employee and customer whose car had just been finished. This employee was very polite and professional in his interactions, and asked the customer if there was any spot he could touch up on- to which the customer replied that the car looked better than they had ever done and gave him a 10$ tip. The employee moved on to his next car, which happened to be mine, and I watched as he meticulously cleaned and re-vacuumed my car efficiently. After calling me over I inspected the car and it was, without a doubt, the best service I had ever gotten from this location. I asked for his name, which is Joseph, and asked if I could request him anytime I come by. He unfortunately said he is leaving to go back to college the coming day, but anytime he is back and I see him I will be sure to request! Props to autobell for hiring outstanding young men, and props to Joseph for doing such a great job! Highly recommend him and this location!

I had a remarkably positive experience at this Autobell. The service got my car really really clean and looking phenomenal. However, this wasn't the best part. During the process of running my car through the machine, a piece called the tow hitch cover came off and was lost. This could have been a very disappointing experience but the amazing folks like Nate at Autobell completely took care of it for me and got the part, got it painted, and got it back to me. A++++ experience when in all honesty, it could have not been. I will forever be an Autobell customer because of this experience. I truly can't thank them enough.

I went for the first time to get my wife's car cleaned / polished. They offer a very good service but it's not quite perfect for what you pay. That aside, I will be back.
