I always have to ask them to vacuum the back seat. They do the front before it goes into the wash and leave the back untouched. For the amount of money paid for inside and out, I shouldn't have to ask for the backseat to be vacuumed. They never fuss about it, but come on guys....just do it.

I have always had great luck at this location. The staff have great attention to detail and will look for things on their own before letting you examine your car.

Wow.. amazing customer service! The manager helped me solve a HUGE mess I made in my car. I pulled up and inquired about carpet cleaning. He explained it was not a service they no longer offer, he looks in the car and immediately said " I can help make this better." And him and his team did just that! Thank you guys!
